🌈 How I found the road.

Hi Reader,

Close your eyes for a second. Picture this.

You're walking somewhere familiar. A path you know.
Then the air shifts, the way it does right before a storm, and you look up and realize the sky has gone deeper than the sky should go.

You take another step, and the ground is moss instead of pavement.
You take another step, and the moss is moving, slightly, like it's breathing.

You take another step, and you're somewhere you've never been, and somewhere you've always been at the same time.

A unicorn watches you from a tree line.
A dragon's shadow passes over the moon.
A road opens up in front of you that wasn't there a second ago, and you know, without anyone telling you, that the road is the point. That you're meant to walk it.

That's The Sparkleverseâ„¢.

It isn't a place I made up.
It's a place I found, and the finding looked a lot like dreaming.

I'd been dreaming about it for years before I had words for it. A village with a copper-roofed inn. A unicorn who didn't tolerate small talk. A road that ran through a forest and out the other side into somewhere older.

I thought I was just having good dreams. Then one day I started building, and the building looked exactly like the dreams, and I realized the order had been wrong the whole time.

I wasn't inventing it.
I was remembering it.

The Sparkleverseâ„¢ had been there all along, humming quietly in the layer underneath things, waiting for someone to notice the door.

That makes me the Dreaming Witch. The 13th Witch. The one who tends the gate between the dream and the day.

I'm also the Road Keeper, because once I found the road I started walking it, and once you walk a road long enough it becomes yours to look after.

I'm also a Time and Tech Witch
, because somewhere along the way I figured out that magic and software run on the same underlying principle, which is intention, plus structure, plus the willingness to break a thing and rebuild it twice.

Three roles.
One witch.
It's fine. Derek told me it's too many names, but you'll get used to it.

Here's what I know, in the order I learned it.

The Sparkleverseâ„¢ is a real place, and it's also the dream layer under your waking life. Both. Always.

There are villages here with their own weather, gossip, and preferred bread. There are forests, coasts, and mountain ranges I haven't reached yet. People live here. They were born here. They have lives that have nothing to do with mine.

The Sparkleverseâ„¢ doesn't need you to exist.
It exists.

And when you dream, when you create, when you let your mind wander somewhere it isn't supposed to wander, you're already touching it. You always have been. Most people just don't know what they're touching.

The Five Guardians are older than time, and I dreamt them awake. I don't know how to explain that any cleaner. Harmony, Ember, Marina, Skyborn, Willow. They were elemental forces before they had names, for as long as forces had been a thing. When I dreamt them, they took shape, and the shape was theirs, not mine.

They have opinions I didn't give them.
They have favorite teas and foods.
Skyborn refuses most music.
Ember is eating right now, somewhere, probably pie.

None of it was my idea.
I opened a door, and they walked through it as themselves.

The twelve Ancient Witches were already here. I didn't dream of those. They were living in the Sparkleverseâ„¢ when I arrived, each one tending her own piece of the year. They're older than me by ages I don't measure.

They taught me most of what I know.
I taught them what an iPhone is.
Approximately an even trade.

There are shadows in here, and that's the whole point.
I tend the gate, and the gate doesn't only let the pretty things through.

  • Dreams come with their opposite.
  • Your creative fire comes with the part of you that's terrified of being seen.
  • Your wisdom comes with the part of you that's terrified of being seen.

The Guardians know.
Harmony is tired.
Ember is loud because softness costs her.
Marina overtrusts.
Skyborn carries weight he won't put down.
Willow tends what nobody else sees and has stopped letting anyone see her.

None of us is perfect.

The Sparkleverseâ„¢ is a place where you bring the whole self, including the parts you usually hide.

The shadows are how the magic gets through.

The Fellowship of the Rainbowâ„¢ is where the worlds touch. It isn't a club. It's a road and the people walking it. Some of them live here full-time. Some are dreaming themselves in from your world without quite knowing they're doing it. Some came looking on purpose and stayed.

All of them are fellow travelers, which is the only category that matters here.

There are no students at the School of Magic. There are people who've realized they're magic, and people who are slightly closer to realizing it than they were yesterday. That's the entire student body.

And new places just show up.
I've stopped trying to explain it.
A village I've never seen surfaces in the dreaming, and I know its name.
A creature arrives at the edge of a forest, and Willow already knows what to call it.

If you've ever had an idea show up so fully formed it felt like it was waiting for you to catch up, that's the same thing.

So, here's why I'm telling you any of this.

The Sparkleverseâ„¢ isn't a brand.
It's a place.

I'm the witch who tends the gate, and the gate is open. There are villages and Guardians and ancient witches and a School of Magic and a road running through all of it.

If any of this is pointing at something you've been quietly knowing about yourself for a while, it probably is.

The gate's right here.

I help multi-passionate seekers build soul-aligned lives and businesses without having to pick a lane. I teach sustainability, the art of being yourself, and cosmic timing, blending ancient wisdom, modern strategy, and a little bit of chaos magic.

P.S. In a couple of days, we'll be beginning The Fellowship of the Rainbowâ„¢ email series where we'll be journeying through different villages inside the Sparkleverseâ„¢, meeting new inhabitants, and you'll begin creating your custom travel pack. All of that is free.

The email will go out every Sunday, but next week there will be two: one on Thursday and the other on Sunday.

A Note From Crystal

An Update On My Mom

So many of you have been following up to see how my mom is doing. Thank you so much for all the prayers. She's currently passed the mid-point of her first round of chemo and radiation. Five treatments a week, plus scans and doctor visits stacked on top of that.

In Nov/Dec she goes to Indianapolis for surgery. That's three hours from here and a ten day stay, so we'll be renting an Airbnb to be near her. I can work from anywhere, which is the one lucky part of this.

She's at poverty level, and was living in scenario's we didn't know about, so we've been buying her a lot of things to make her more comfortable, and money is past tight. We're also burning through gas with all the trips. She still needs a few things for her comfort. I've created a small wishlist in Amazon if you're able to help. If you'd rather help with the gas and the lodging, I created a donation button in PayPal.

If neither of those works right now, that's completely fine. I'd rather you know what's going on than wonder why I've been quiet.

Baby Yoda blesses me and every person who reads this email. 2026 is a year of great wealth and expansion, and I'm blessed to share my journey with you. Financial abundance is overflowing. Money Comes Easily & often, and there is always more wherethat came from.

Hi Reader, We heard Kilnmarrow before we saw it. A brass whistle, somewhere past the ridge, one long blast. Then hammers, hundreds of them, all starting at once. By the time we came over the top, every chimney in fire country was pouring smoke straight up into a sky that had gone orange at noon. Missed one of the previous stories?Click here to read them all. I have been to Kilnmarrow more times than I can count. It is the town where the forges and the bakeries share their walls, so the heat...

Hi Reader, I caught up with the traveler at the fork two days south of the Crossroads, where a tinker had parked a pushcart across both roads. Missed one of the previous stories?Click here to read them all. His cart was wooden, with little brass bells on the corners, and covered in pockets, maybe a thousand of them, every one stuffed with rolled paper. The man pushing it was small and quick, in a patched hat and a long coat made of more pockets. People call him the Glimmer Peddler. He had...

Hi Reader, My name is Crystal. I keep the Road. It's a real job, just one you won't find posted anywhere. Keeping the Road mostly means walking it. Noticing what changed since last time. Relighting the lamps that went out and leaving the ones that light themselves alone. First thing to know, and it is a law of this place, so write it down. The Road is alive. Towns hold. Paths decide. The towns stay where they are. You can trust a town. The paths that branch off have decided when they exist...
